On Monday you can wear Halloween costumes to school. Make sure they follow these guidelines:

  • Costumes MUST be school appropriate and tasteful

    • Must fit within the current dress code

  • No weapons, vulgar language, or full face masks

  • No excessive facial make-up

  • Costumes shouldn’t get in the way of carrying school supplies or being seated and working in class

  • Hats and wigs as part of a costume are permitted

  • Costumes should not include elements with excessive sound effects, lights, or other components that would disrupt the classroom learning environment

  • Blow-up costumes are not permitted

  • Be creative and have fun


 Bick's Driving will be starting November 7th. Paperwork with all the information is in the front lobby. Next class will be on February 7, 2023


As part of Anti-Bullying Month and Unity Day, you may have noticed some reminders on your lockers that ask you to use MATH and EMPATHY with any problem you have with another student!  Remember to help others and help yourself!


JH Students, there will be a Jr High Dance October 29th from 6-8 PM in the cafeteria. The cost to attend is 5 dollars and you can NOT have any 2nd quarter referrals. It will be a Halloween themed dance so wear your costumes but remember that all school rules still apply.   


TODAY your Deer Park Wildcats take on Tri-Village to kick off Playoff season. A spirit bus will be taking students to the game and getting you in FOR FREE! All you have to do is fill out the Google Form and see Mrs. Henry for a permission slip. In order to get in the game for free, you MUST be on the spirit bus. The theme on Friday is a BLACKOUT! Don't be lame, wear all black and support your football team!


All high school running and throwing wildcats not currently participating in a Fall or Winter sport:  Track and Field weight room conditioning will begin Tuesdays and Thursdays starting next week - November 1st.  See Coach  Davison(s) for more information.


Students, want to spend a day out of school and go snow tubing? The second quarter reward is a trip to Perfect North. The reward is based on behavior, grades and attendance. You cannot have any office referrals for second quarter, no more than three unexcused absences for second quarter, and have all As, Bs and Cs in all of your classes at the end of the quarter.
